How much? $15.00 per person, kids 12 and under free. Race Day Registration $20.00
When and Where? 8am at Garvan Woodland Gardens. Peak spring bloom!
What do I get for $15.00 or $20.00?
· It’s a fun and unique way to support the Garden Environmental Education Program.
· food and drink, tree planting project, and a t shirt if you choose.
· A beautiful course within Garden Gardens during our spring bloom peak!
· Chance to win prizes!
I am a Garden Member! You get $2.00 off!
Will there be awards? No Awards ceremony – just a fun raffle give away, sore legs, and bragging rights.
Food? Their will be muffins, fruit, tea, water and coffee for after the run / walk.
How do I sign up? Registration applications will be available for downloading online at GWG website, under calendar of events and at Parkside Cycle or at Green Cottage and Welcome Center.
Where? Welcome Center Entrance Plaza of Garvan Woodland Gardens
5k Run /walk course? Trails of GWG – same course as the Jingle Bell Run / Walk.
10k run? Sorry, NO 10k this year!
T shirts, medals, Race Bags? We will have t shirts!
Earth Day Project? We will have a Earth Day project for participants for after the run / walk!
Aid stations? No - Bring your own water bottle to fill up here. Food at finish line.
Timing of event? Runners keep their own time, sign in and sign out. We may have real timing?
Distances? 5k Only!
Dogs? Yes!! Bring the dogs!
No Roads, Trails Only? Yes, this is a running / walking event is on dirt paths with very little pavement.
